Prefabricated home manufacturer HUF HAUS has built nearly 300 houses in the UK over the past two decades. A market leader in eco-friendly prefabricated construction, the company has also received awards and commendations for its contemporary design and architecture.
In 2022, Holly Blue House won the Guildford Design Award Individual House category, which honours excellent design and sustainable construction. Embracing the topography of the plot, the home was created across three floors with extensive glazing on the garden side.

HUF HAUS also won a United Kingdom Property Award for the Best Architecture Single Residence in Surrey 2021-2022 for Mansworth House in Walton.
The brief was for a bespoke family home, designed in the contemporary post-and-beam style the company is renowned for. Leading UK architect Peter Huf designed an innovative and luxurious carbon-neutral house.
The United Kingdom Property Awards are judged by an independent panel of more than 80 industry experts who focus on the design, quality, service, innovation, originality and commitment to sustainability of each entry.
